Payment Methods

Site Fees

Site fees are processed through our payment provider Stripe. There are 2 forms of Payment Methods offered to users when finalising site fees: -

  1. Live Payment - All users (both individual and businesses) will be automatically setup with a live payment account. This will require users to pay for any item they are selling on Gasmotive.com.au before it can be listed on the site. Once payment has been processed your item/s will be posted onto the site and your auction will commence.
  2. Credit Accounts - After a user has setup an account with gasmotive.com.au, credit accounts can be granted (to any individual or business) upon request via the Contact Us link. All credit accounts that have an active store enabled are eligible for $250 credit.

Credit accounts allow users to 'Top Up' their accounts at any time. You can add credit/pay your account at any time via My Account>Manage Account. All users must be aware that the DEBIT LIMIT is $0 therefore you must keep your account above this level to remain active.

All item fees and store fees (every 30 days) will be deducted from your account balance each time you make a transaction. If your balance falls below the debit limit or you have insufficient funds when a transaction is being made (by either item or store fees) your account will be temporarily suspended. It will be re-activated again once you have credited your account above the debit limit.

Payment of Purchased Items

There are 2 types of Payment methods when paying for a purchased item: -

1. Direct Payment - This is processed through our payment provider PayPal to make the payment between buyer and seller through the Gasmotive website.

2. Offline Payment - This Process is handled offline between buyer and seller e.g. Direct Debit or Cash on Pickup.
